讲座人简介：

Vernon J. Richardson‍ ，阿肯色大学会计系主任，校杰出教授（Distinguished Professor）‍。1997年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校获得会计学博士学位。先后在堪萨斯大学、阿肯色大学任教。Richardson教授主要的学术兼职上有： Accounting Review编辑（2011- 2014）、编委（2014至今），Accounting Horizons编辑（2015- 2018），Journal of Information Systems编委（2014至今），SSRN的会计研究网“会计技术与信息系统电子杂志”、“会计、公司治理、法律与制度电子杂志”编辑（2014至今）。美国会计学会（AAA）的信息系统部的主任（2009-2010）。Richardson教授在Accounting Review，Journal of Accounting and Economics，Contemporary Accounting Research，MIS Quarterly，Journal of Operations Management，Journal of Management Information Systems等国际顶级期刊发表多篇论文。擅长信息技术与会计、管理结合的交叉研究。论文获得美国会计学会的“Notable Contributions to the Literature Award”（2006和2013）“Accounting Horizons Best Paper award（2013）”

温日光，viphjc888黄金城viphjc888黄金城教师，北京大学博士，在《金融研究》《财经研究》《中国会计评论》等期刊发表论文多篇。工作论文“Who asks for higher M&A premiums? From the perspective of national collectivism”在中国人民大学商学院举办的2015 Frontiers of Business Research in China International Symposium中获Young Scholar Award.
